About
Linda has extensive experience training trainers in the UK and internationally she was the Master Trainer, and lead ‘expert’ for People 1st licensed programmes. She has now established her own training company Linda Greenwood Training Company.
Linda is a dynamic and inspirational master trainer and training manager striving to improve training, customer service and management skills. She has 30 years of learning and development experience. In the last 7 years Linda has trained over 1000 WorldHost licenced trainers including many in-company trainers, college lecturers and independent trainers. Linda also delivers the People 1st Training Career Pathway training programmes including the Group Training Certificate (GTC) and the Practical Training Certificate (PTC).
Linda has worked with and in a variety of sectors, including private industry such as retail, hospitality & tourism, transport, facility management, and logistics, as well as in the public sector such as councils, education and colleges.
